So I have always had this phenomenon that takes place with Flip-Flops. My foot migrates to one side and crushes the edge of the sole. Because of this, they are always twisted on my feet (See Pic for crushed area). The Corkers how ever seem to have a "Concave or pocket ( What ever you want to call it ) that looks like it should keep your heal and foot landing in one spot. Have not really worn the Corkers that much but the Duck Bill model does not do this (Too Flat??). The Corkers also look like they will have more cushion : ]

Fit is true to size. Comfortable on day one with no “breaking in” period.

The Corker is a very comfortable flip-flop. Along with the Cairns, the Corker is the first Gumbies I have tried. The straps were a little tight when I first put on the Corker flip-flops, but they loosened up very quickly. I really like the comfort of the cork footbed.

I just wish Gumbies made a sandal and slide with a cork footbed.

The Corker runs true-to-size.

these are the best flip flops you can buy.Forget cheap plastic ones this is probably the sixth pair I have bought. Stylish good hard wearing soles & good for the planet too.

​I really wanted to like these, but after giving them a few weeks of break-in time, they are just not comfortable. The soles are stiff with virtually no cushion, and the sandals constantly try to twist sideways on my feet while walking. Disappointed with the fit and comfort.

I’d give a 5 if they were a bit more comfortable. I do like the looks and quality. Just wish for a bit more cushion but I really wasn’t expecting that due to the thin sole.

Runs small great look and feel

This is my first pair of flip flops and I feel that I have made a good quality choice in these corked Gumbies. It has taken my foot and toes a little time to get used to the feel of having the anchor between my toes but it has started to feel really comfortable now. They slip on easily and the cork bed feels strong and my foot grips it well. I use them as my apartment house shoes.

Great flip flops. I’ve owned dozens of different makes over the years. These are my first pair of Gumbies. Feel really well made and rugged underneath, whilst very comfortable and supportive under-foot. Material between toes and over side of feet soft and comfortable too. Good support and do not slip off feet when walking. Will be getting more!

They are absolutamente comfy and very cool!

Super comfy from day one. And been wearing every day for last month and still comfy with the soft cork bounce. Will be buying another pair for the office.

Absolutely love these. Comfy right away, don’t sweat and slip when hot, also grippy when wet straight out the pool or washed feet from the beach, also no squelching.
A definite level up from the regular foam, would definitely recommend.
