Returning your order
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange. Please complete the returns form that was enclosed with your order. It is very important that your order number is clearly shown on your returns form or note. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.

If you have misplaced or did not receive a returns form with your order you can download a copy here.
Alternatively, if you cannot print out a copy please enclose a note with the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (Exchange*/Refund)
*If you’re exchanging please state the Style/Size request.
Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which they were received and are in a resalable condition. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn. Items that have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please ensure you have adequately package your return. We will not be held liable for damage to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoe boxes. Please do not use staples to seal packages as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Ensure that your return is in the same condition in which it was received and is in a resalable condition.
