The Corker Flip-flops are super comfortable. I love that there is a layer of cork on the footbed. Cork is naturally comfortable and antimicrobial. Easy to wipe clean when needed, doesn't really get stinky, and helps manage moisture. The strap and toe post are soft cotton canvas, which are immediately comfortable and don't need any break-in time.
These were actually the product that drew me to Gumbies last year, but my size was already sold out when I discovered them. I am so glad they came back! In the meantime, I've purchased a few other Gumbies products including the Islander and Duckbill flip-flops, and Outback slippers. I like the shape of Gumbies, as they just seem to fit naturally. And I love the environmental focus as well. I'm starting out this spring/summer by finally getting the Corker and trying the new Tracker sandals for when I need the more secure fit of a sport/adventure sandal.
