Unless it's snowing, I'm in flip-flops. This is my first pair of Gumby's, but I see more in my future. They're comfortable, sticky as gecko feet, and look sweet. I spend a lot of time paddling. Here in the PNW we don't have those nice sandy beaches. We have rocks, barnacles, and crabs, so some kind of footwear is requisite and these fit the bill. I worried the fabric on the footbed would be an issue in the salt water. It's not. My only wish is for a bit more of an arch.

Having sworn by Reef flip flops for many years, I bought Gumbies due to lack of stock of my usual brand.
First glance tells me they are really rugged and well made.
On wearing them for a couple of weeks (continuously) I can say that they are supremely comfortable.
Also non slip, which is a big bonus!

Live on the beach and have been buying $80 Hawaiian brand for years. Skeptical so ordered a single pair. Love them! Ordering another pair, wife getting a pair. Recommend to all.

These islanders were my second pair. Perfect fit and so comfy. The sole gives good grip and they look smart. Wore them on holiday and even the local wildlife wanted to try them on!!!!

I recently purchased the Islander Flip-Flops in Men's Classic Khaki, opting to go one size down from my usual, and they fit perfectly. This is actually my second pair, as the first pair has been absolutely bulletproof. They are extremely comfortable, with a grippy sole that feels secure, hardwearing enough for daily use, and they look effortlessly cool. I’m thoroughly impressed and will certainly be ordering again in the future.

Seem to run a bit small, Toe alignment different from left to right. Better then the Rainbows I purchased and immediately returned.. An inexpensive flip flop that exceeds its price point at 30 dollars

I'm early 50's and I've ALWAYS worn shoes, trainers and slippers. Recently, my feet were horrendous - smelly, painful and very dry. Two months later, I've switched to Gumbies flip flops, slides and sandals. With moisturising, my feet are miles better. I go barefoot Gumbies as much as possible now.

My feet are a lot healthier. And - and my trainers and slippers aren't ponging the hallway out. Massive difference!

Can Gumbies recommend footwear for a UK winter?

I saw my brother’s Gumbies and tried them on and immediately went online and ordered myself a pair. They are really comfortable and considering I’ve never worn flip flops before because of other makes have a thick rubber between the toes which I couldn’t wear. The material between the toes on these Gumbie flip flops makes them feel as if there’s nothing between the toes which is brilliant. I would highly recommend them for comfort and style.
