How long does US shipping take?
Standard US shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Gumbies orders normally ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping in the US?
Yes. Gumbies USA offers free shipping on US orders over $60. Standard shipping is $4.95 for orders below that threshold.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. Tracking is provided on US orders so you can follow your parcel after dispatch.
Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
US shipments must be deliverable to an address served by USPS. Please provide a P.O. Box number if necessary.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. US orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, in resaleable condition and you have proof of purchase.
Are US returns free?
Yes. Returns are free when processed through the Gumbies USA Returns Portal.
How do exchanges work?
Use the Returns Portal to choose the item you would like to exchange and select your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement is unavailable, the team will contact you with options.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days, although your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Please submit your request through the Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. The customer service team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
Sizing and Product Care
How should I choose my size?
Please use the Gumbies USA sizing chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, Gumbies USA recommends men go up to the next size and women go down a size.
How should I clean my Gumbies?
Care depends on the product. Clean gently, avoid tumble drying and allow your Gumbies to dry naturally. Follow any care guidance provided for your specific product.
Warranty
Are Gumbies products covered by a warranty?
Gumbies USA covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal intended use. Warranty claims are reviewed individually and may result in a replacement product, store credit or refund where appropriate.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, comfort or fit issues after wear, unauthorised purchases, alterations, or items not cared for according to Gumbies care guidance.
