The shoes are fine, I think I could really like them. The low rating is more about the fit. The foot bed seems perfect, however, the straps are super loose. Not sure if this is by design, or a defect in my pair. Nevertheless, the loose fit makes them less than desirable. Not sure if sizing down would fix it, but worried the foot bed would be too small. I would probably have sent them back if I had not thrown out the packaging. Overall pretty disappointed because I really like the design of the shoes, just wish the straps were not so loose.
