When my slippers arrived the insoles had wrinkles in them - the wrinkles didn’t stop me from wearing them but felt like I had a sock wrinkled beneath my foot with each step. I called Gumbies to ask if I could purchase or somehow replace the insoles in my recently purchased slippers, and they sent a replacement pair of insoles at no charge AND gave me a small refund to my original purchase for the inconvenience. Such great customer service, and I love my slippers!!

These insoles fit perfectly into my slippers and extend their life. The previous insoles had worn through but the rest of the slipper was fine, so I’m delighted I can keep wearing them. Bought the wrong colour by accident - I should’ve ordered navy instead of charcoal - but they actually still look fine so I kept them.
